Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the large BMW 630 CS coupe in 1:43 scale from the maker Heller, supplied as a starter kit. There is not only a model in the box but also the basic paints, a brush and glue, so building can start as soon as it is unwrapped. The number of parts matches the small scale and the build takes one evening.
The six series appeared in the middle of the 1970s as the successor to the brand's older coupes and became one of the most elegant cars of its day. A long hood, slim pillars and a large glazed area gave it a silhouette you recognize at first glance even fifty years later. The 630 CS version had a six-cylinder with carburetors and was the entry step into the range, above which the stronger and sportier variants were then built.
In 1:43 scale the smoothness of the body is what counts: every unevenness shows, so sand the surface and degrease it before painting. Apply the paints from the set in thin coats and let them dry properly. Glue the glazing with a glue that does not fog, or with decal varnish. The chrome window frames can be suggested with a thin strip of metal foil or a careful line of silver.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The basic paints, a brush and glue are part of the package with this starter kit.
