A sprayed marking lies directly in the finish, so no carrier film shows on it and there is no risk of its silvering on a matte surface once dry. It also takes wear and dirt in the same way as the surrounding paint, which suits the late machines, which tended to be rough and quickly resprayed. The masks for the glazing then save cutting tape directly on a fragile canopy.
The Bf 109 K-4 was the last production variant of the German Bf 109 fighter, deployed at the close of the Second World War. Its recognition features are the smooth outlines of the nose and the modified shape of the cockpit cover.
For builders of the large Bf 109 in 1:32 scale who are bothered by the glossy edge of decals. It is an accessory to a kit, not the kit itself.
The kit, paints and glue are not supplied, unless stated otherwise.
