A double-action modeling airbrush from the Taiwanese brand Madworks, from its JM series. It is fitted with a 0.35 mm bullet-shaped nozzle that centers itself and comes apart easily for cleaning. The built-in MAC valve (Micro Air Control) lets you fine-tune the air flow right at the gun without reaching for the compressor. The paint cup is removable, which makes changing shades and washing up easier.
The airbrush handles very fine lines as well as even coverage of larger areas. Double-action control lets you regulate the amount of air and of paint separately, which is how you build smooth transitions, shading and base coats on models, figures and dioramas.
Spraying calls for a compressor with compressed air, which is not included in the package. Paints and thinners are sold separately.
