The set replaces the engine exhaust nozzles with more accurately shaped parts featuring fine internal and external detail that better capture the character of the real powerplant.

What the set is for

Engine nozzles are one of the most visually exposed spots on jet aircraft and tend to be simplified in the base kit. This set replaces them with more precise resin parts and increases the realism of the model's tail section. You need the corresponding base Rafale kit from Hobby Boss to build it — the accessory does not replace it.

Usage tips

• First wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap to remove residue of uncured print resin.
• Cut off the print supports with a saw or a cutter, level the surfaces and protect your airways when sanding.
• Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue, ideally with an accelerator.
• Apply a primer before painting; the nozzles look great highlighted with metallic shades and a dark wash worked into the recesses.
