This is not an airplane model but a photo-etched set. It replaces the plastic landing flaps of the kit of the Italian Macchi MC.202 fighter in 1:48 scale from the maker Italeri and makes it possible to show them lowered on the finished model.
The landing flaps are the most conspicuous place on a model where injection-molded plastic loses out. In reality they are thin sheet metal stiffened with ribs; in scale they should be a fraction of a millimeter thick, but a mold cannot manage such a thickness. Photo-etched metal wipes that difference out: the part is genuinely thin, the ribbing is visible from both sides and the flap can be lowered as the aircraft had it after landing, without the edge looking like a plank.
Cut the parts out of the sheet on a hard surface; do not break them out with your fingers. Make the bends in a bender or between two blades so that the edge comes out sharp and the same along its whole length. They are glued with cyanoacrylate, that is, super glue; apply it with a pin, not straight from the bottle. Before painting, degrease the metal and give it a primer for metal, otherwise the paint will not hold on the smooth surface. The plastic part the set replaces usually has to be sanded away first.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted as photo-etched metal. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
