The second variant of the set of weighted wheels for the German Wolf armored cross-country car in the SSA version, 1:35 scale, the maker DEF Model. This is not a vehicle kit but a replacement part. A flattened contact patch and a legible off-road tread pattern are among the features that always lose their crispness in a plastic molding. The manufacturer has designated the set for the Neverland Hobby kit.
The Wolf is a cross-country car of the German army derived from a civilian model with a very good off-road reputation. The SSA version is an armored modification meant for settings where shooting and the blast of charges are a danger. The protective body added weight to the vehicle, so it needed more robust wheels with tires of a matching size, and those are clearly visible on a model.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap and let them dry out; they are glued with super glue. Seat the wheel with the flattened part pointing exactly downward. Bring out the pattern with a dark wash run between the lugs and a fine dry brush on their tops. With modern vehicles the rule is that less dirt means a more credible result.
The set is an accessory to a plastic kit, not a model in its own right. The Neverland Hobby kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
