Responsibility details are not available.
The second printed figure of a German tank crewman in a resting pose at the front of a heavy tank, 1:35 scale, the maker DEF Model. The package holds one figure and two head options with it. This is not a vehicle kit but an accessory for a diorama, one that can be combined with the first variant into a pair.
Two figures in the same pose side by side give away at once that they are castings. That is exactly why the maker offers variants that differ in stance as well as expression: two men leaning on a tank, each in his own way, look like a real crew on a break. Interchangeable heads widen the options further, because even a small change in the tilt of the head changes the whole impression of a figure.
Separate the figure from the print supports, smooth the pads and wash it in lukewarm water with dish soap before painting. Build the face from a darker base toward lighter layers. Do not paint a dark tank uniform in pure black; a dark gray base with lightened edges will give it shape. Seat the head only after painting; you will reach it far more easily.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
