Panther Variants in Color nr 6 is a publication from the Trojca publishing house on the derived and special versions of the German Panther tank. It is not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A publication, not a kit. The sixth volume of the numbered series of the Trojca publishing house, which Waldemar Trojca runs, and it belongs to the color edition: the main part is made up of drawn views and camouflage schemes, supplemented by photographs and drawings. The theme is not the fighting versions of the Panther but the machines derived from it.
The Panther was a German medium tank of the second half of the war with sloped armor and a long 7.5 cm gun. A whole range of specials was built on its chassis and from its components: command versions with extended radio equipment, the turretless Bergepanther recovery vehicle, an artillery observation vehicle and anti-aircraft proposals. Withdrawn turrets were on top of that set in concrete in fortifications and served as pillboxes. It is exactly these lesser-known versions that make the Panther a rewarding subject for conversions.
For modelers who build German vehicles in 1:35 scale and want to go beyond the usual fighting versions, and for anyone interested in the history of armored vehicles. The number of pages and the language are not stated here; the details are given in the imprint of the book. The Trojca series has been coming out for a long time and the individual volumes do not overlap in subject, so the number of a volume is a good guide when filling in a collection.
