An injection-molded plastic kit of the car Honda N360S (N II) in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. The package includes the figure of Lucy McDonnell, a character from the manufacturer's own figure line. The model is supplied unpainted and is built by gluing; the breakdown of parts is given in the instructions in the kit.
The Honda N360 was a small car of the Japanese kei category that Honda built from 1967. It was powered by an air-cooled two-cylinder engine of 354 cc, mounted transversely at the front and driving the front wheels; among small Japanese cars of the day that was an unusual solution, as a number of rivals had the engine at the rear. The N360S version was tuned more sportily, and the N II designation refers to the later series of the car. Thanks to its low weight and lively engine the N360 earned a reputation as a nimble city car.
Degrease the body, apply a primer and build the paint up in thin coats; a small car forgives little, so sand the joints and the mating surfaces carefully. Finish the interior and the chassis before you close the body up. Glue the windows and the chrome parts with cement for clear parts or sparingly with super glue, not with ordinary cement for polystyrene. Build the figure separately and paint it in thin coats of acrylic with a glaze into the folds.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
