The manufacturer designed it in house and makes it by high-resolution resin printing; according to its figures the part needs only minimal clean-up before painting. The box gives one piece. This is an accessory for a scene, not a kit.
A boxy television with a deep screen is an immediately readable dating element: without a single word it places a scene in the 1980s. The manufacturer recommends it for apartments and houses, offices, barracks, military buildings and public buildings. In a diorama it suits a civilian interior and a crew rest room alike, where it stands on a cabinet with a couple of figures watching it.
First wash the printed resin parts in warm soapy water so that the print residue disappears from the surface and the paint will hold. Cut off the supports with a saw or a cutting disc, never with nippers, which will break the resin. The manufacturer recommends applying a base before painting. Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate glue or epoxy, as cement for plastic will not hold here. A dark wash into the recesses and a drybrush on the edges will draw out the detail. Wear a respirator while sanding.
