The M4A3E8 was one of the most advanced versions of the legendary American Sherman medium tank. It earned the nickname Easy Eight from the E8 designation and was notable for the new HVSS (Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension) with wide tracks, which improved its ride and weight distribution. The tank's career did not end with the Second World War — many were put back into action in the Korean War from 1950, where they proved themselves even against Soviet T-34/85 tanks.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and sand the joints back. Paint and pick out the HVSS running gear with its wheels and tracks before you finish the hull and fit the fenders. For a convincing Korean subject, apply a wash over the base color to bring out the detail and use pigments to build dust and mud deposits on the running gear and the lower hull. Use a gloss clear coat before the decals and add edge wear with a dry brush.
