The Kinetic brand builds sets of present-day combat aircraft with a detailed parts breakdown and a rich selection of external stores. The manufacturer states neither the number of parts nor the number of marking options; check the extent in the instructions.
The F/A-18 Hornet is an American carrier aircraft designed to handle fighter as well as strike tasks, hence the double designation in its name. The C form is the single-seat version with extended avionics and the ability to carry a wide range of weapons; it differs from the older A mainly in equipment and externally only in details. Marine Corps and Navy squadrons alike used it for decades from carriers and from shore bases. The squadron VFA-27 is among the units long deployed in the Pacific, and its machines carried striking colored markings.
Finish the cockpit, the landing gear bays and the engine intakes before you close the fuselage up.
