Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the American medium-heavy GMC 353 series truck in the cargo version, in 1:72 scale from PST. The box states both letter designations of the series, that is the form with all-wheel drive and the version with only the rear axle group driven, so confirm the possible build options in the instructions. The model suits figures and vehicles of the same scale.
Trucks of the GMC 353 series were among the most widespread machines of the Second World War and became a symbol of Allied supply. They carried freight and troops, towed artillery, and their chassis were used for dozens of special bodies from tankers to workshop vehicles and rocket launchers. Alongside the better known all-wheel-drive version there was also a variant with only the rear axle group driven, intended more for surfaced roads and for the rear areas. Vehicles of the 353 series ran on every front and a large share of them reached the Red Army as well.
Go through the instructions first to see which chassis variant you are building, and sort the parts out. Dry-fit the frame and the axles so that the vehicle stands level on all its wheels. Paint the cab and the cargo bed before joining them, and finish the instrument panel with a brush. Lay a filler primer under the olive shade, lift the edges with a lighter tone and pull the engraved seams of the bed out with a dark wash. Build the dust on the fenders and the wheels with pigment from below and do not overdo it.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
