Responsibility details are not available.
A handle with a clamping sleeve for tools whose shank is 3.175 mm in diameter, which is the most widespread size in modeling tools. Scriber blades, small drill bits and grinding heads can therefore all be clamped in one holder in turn, and there is no need to buy a separate handle for every tool. The holder is intended for hand work, not for clamping into a power drive.
Clamp the tool so that it projects only as far as the work requires; a longer projection bends under pressure and the cut stops being accurate. Tighten the clamping sleeve moderately; overtightening damages both the thread and the shank of the tool. Before every session check that the tool does not turn in the clamp.
The package holds the holder only; no tool is part of it. Before buying, check that the shanks of your tools really are the stated diameter; the ranges of different brands differ in this size and an adapter is not usually supplied.
The holder makes most sense for anyone who already has, or plans to have, several tools with the same shank. One handle for a whole group means less clutter on the bench and a constant grip the hand gets used to; with every tool on a different handle that has to be learned again each time.
