DSPIAE AT-TZ06 is a pair of tweezers with flat blunt anti-static tips. It holds a part across a face, so it neither pierces nor dents it.

Tweezers with tips of a non-metallic anti-static material, finished with a flat face. The blunt version holds a part across a face rather than at a point, so there is no risk of piercing soft plastic or pressing a mark into a painted surface. It is also the most durable in the whole range, because it has no thin point that could bend.
Metal tweezers pick up a charge through friction and a light object sticks to them at exactly the moment you want to let it go. With decals the static lifts and curls the edge. An anti-static material removes that and in addition does not scratch a coat the way a steel tip does.
The tweezers suit decals, holding painted parts and ordinary handling where reaching into a narrow gap is not at stake. For the finest parts and precise placement the pointed version of the same range is suitable.
In practice the anti-static and steel versions complement rather than replace each other. Steel holds more firmly and takes force; non-metallic tips in turn do not damage a coat and do not make decals stick to them. Do not set the tweezers down tips first and do not use them as a screwdriver.
