A set of cast clear glasses in a larger version. The clear material lets the drink be imitated from the inside, so the glass looks full and refracts the light. A painted opaque imitation never gives that impression, and since a glass tends to be on the table right beside a figure, the difference is easy to see.
The glasses suit inn and household interiors, tables in scenes of rest, counters, prop crates and the hands of figures. They come into their own in historical and contemporary subjects alike and work especially well together with other small objects, which between them create the impression of a lived-in space.
Imitate the drink with tinted clear resin poured to part of the volume so that the surface stays visible. Leave the outer walls clean and finish them with a gloss varnish. When handling small clear parts, work over a tray with a raised edge, because once a piece like that falls on the floor it is usually never found.
The set is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
