An English-language monograph from the Warpaint aircraft series published by Guideline Publications. The text is by Mike Verier and the volume is one of the most extensive titles in the series. It is not a kit but a book about the twin-boom turboprop machine that was created for observation, fire control and combat in confusing conditions.
The Bronco came out of a requirement for an aircraft that could take off from a field close to the troops, loiter over the battlefield for a long time and strike at once. Hence the twin booms with a short fuselage, the tandem cockpit with a view in almost every direction, the fixed landing gear for unprepared surfaces and the small cargo compartment at the back. The machine proved itself mainly in forward air control, served with American forces and in a number of other countries, and after the end of its military career it found work in firefighting and patrol flying.
For modelers of the Bronco who are looking for one extensive source on markings and camouflage, and for readers interested in observation and light combat aviation. For diorama builders the section on the later civilian roles is valuable too. The text is in English. Check the extent, the arrangement and the language version on the box.
