Premium Brush Set - Gold Series from Green Stuff World

A set of four brushes of genuine Kolinsky sable in rising sizes, held in a protective case. Each brush has a wooden handle and a brass ferrule and the hair is selected from the highest quality part of the coat. Compared with mid-range brushes, such hair takes up noticeably more paint and at the same time keeps a sharp tip, so with one load you draw a longer and more even stroke. The four sizes cover the way from a base area to the finest detail without having to move to another line.

Use

• Glazes, layering and smooth transitions on figures and busts.
• Fine lines, eyes, faces and small accessories of kit.
• Work with thinned paint, where the hair needs to hold the paint and not release it all at once.
• A protective case for storing and carrying without damaging the tips.
• For techniques with thick paint or for drybrushing the manufacturer does not recommend this line, as they would damage the tip.

Who the set is for

For figure painters and modelers who have already run into the limits of ordinary synthetic brushes. The difference shows most with thinned paint: natural hair holds it in the body of the brush and releases it gradually, so there is no need to keep reloading.

After work, wash the brush out in lukewarm water, do not let residues of paint dry at the ferrule and shape the tip before storing. Never put the brush down hair first into a container of water.
