An accessory for dioramas from the Spanish brand Green Stuff World. It is not a vehicle model, but three separate obstacles in quality resin with a textured surface that imitates reinforced concrete and steel. The package holds three pieces and they are supplied unpainted. The manufacturer gives compatibility with figures in 1:48 scale, and the packaging a range of 1:48 to 1:35.
Trident-shaped anti-tank obstacles were used during the Second World War by a number of European countries to stop armored vehicles on a defensive line. They also barred streets, protected approaches from the sea and gave cover to the soldiers themselves, so on a diorama they work at the front and in an urban scene alike.
First wash the resin in warm soapy water so that the mold release agent residue disappears, and sand the remains of the casting surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); cement for plastic has no effect on resin. Over a primer lay a gray concrete toned in two shades, bring the edges out with a dry brush and dust the lower part with pigments, because without the dirt near the ground the obstacle looks as if it had only been set down on the scene.
The obstacles are supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
