This is a scenic accessory, not a vehicle model. The set from RT-Diorama holds two finely detailed electrical utility poles with 3D-printed parts and an easy build. The poles reach a height of about 200 mm and serve as a striking vertical element of a scene.
Utility poles give a diorama a vertical dimension and a sense of scale, and they help to fill the space above the ground. They suit vignettes from the Second World War and from the postwar and modern periods, in urban and rural scenes alike, where they create the impression of an overhead power line.
Wash the parts and fit them together, and glue the joints with super glue. Render the wooden look of the poles with glazes and dry brushing, and pick out the insulators and the fittings in a different color. The wires can be suggested with thin wire following references. Sand 3D-printed parts with respiratory protection.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, wire and the base scene are not included in the package.
