A resin, 3D printed set of main wheels from RESArm for a model of the German twin-engine heavy fighter Messerschmitt Bf 110 in the E, F and G versions, in 1:48 scale. The tires are cast with a realistically flattened contact area, as if they were carrying the weight of a standing aircraft. The set sharpens the detail of the landing gear.
It replaces the wheels from a plastic kit with more faithful resin parts with the under-load effect. The sturdy landing gear of the Bf 110 carries considerable weight, so the deformation of the tires is pronounced on a standing aircraft and looks very convincing on a model.
Wash the parts free of remnants of the mold release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate. Protect your airways when sanding resin. Fit the wheels at the end, with the flat area of the tire toward the ground; we recommend primer before painting.
This is a resin detail set, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the basic kit are not included in the package.
