Responsibility details are not available.
A resin (3D-printed) set from the South Korean maker Tori Factory that captures the steam engine room of the liner Titanic in 1:400 scale. It is not a model of the whole ship but a detailed kit of the propulsion machinery. The smaller scale makes placement and presentation easier and suits builders of ship models of the 1:400 range. The set is designed for the Academy kit.
The engine room of the Titanic joined the boiler rooms, the spaces of the reciprocating steam engines and the shaft tunnels. The set reproduces the layout of the boilers, the engines and the shafts of the ship's propulsion system of the early 20th century.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut away the print supports and glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Bring out the metal surfaces with washes and pigments for the impression of steel and coal dust. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
