This is a resin accessory set, not an airplane model. The package holds four bombs stylized into the shape of the prehistoric fish Sacabambaspis and, with them, four separate carrier pylons. The parts are supplied unassembled and unpainted and are intended to enliven airplane models and dioramas in 1:72 scale.
Sacabambaspis was a primitive jawless fish of the Ordovician period with forward-set eyes. Its typical look became a favorite internet motif, and Tori Factory has wittily carried it over into the role of an aerial bomb with a lug on its back, which can be hung under the wing or the fuselage of a model.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Use an acrylic primer and an airbrush for painting; the detail of the fish comes out after a fine wash to pick it out.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
