This is a set of waterslide markings in 1:24 scale from Decalcas. It makes it possible to build the BMW M3 E30 of the Team BMW Dealer squad with Marlboro (Carly Motors) as sponsor, in the form it ran in the German touring car championship DTM during the 1991 season. The set holds the complete racing livery, start numbers and sponsor logos; the decals are printed to premium quality and match the car as it looked at the time.
The BMW M3 E30 was one of the most successful touring car racers of the late 1980s and early 1990s. With its S14 four-cylinder engine it dominated touring car championships around the world, the DTM included. The Marlboro Carly Motors livery is one of the period color schemes that stand out most and are most sought after.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss clear coat. Clear-coat the area under the decal with gloss varnish, float the decal off in water, transfer it onto the model and settle it with a decal softener; finally take the whole car over with a protective clear coat at whatever sheen you want.
This is a standalone decal set, not a kit. The car model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
