Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the giant robot Ideon from the cult Japanese anime Space Runaway Ideon (Densetsu Kyojin Ideon). The model comes from what Aoshima calls its anime line, which carries the proportions of the character faithfully across into a collectible plastic model. The parts are molded in color and go together with snap-fit joints, so the model can be built without glue. A range of weapons and accessories is ready for the assembled figure, for an effective display.
Ideon is the title giant robot of the anime of the same name, which began airing in Japan in 1980. It belongs to the classic works of the mecha genre, and Ideon itself is one of the best known characters of that era.
Thanks to the parts molded in color and the snap-fit joints, the build is easy even for less experienced modelers. For a more faithful result the shadows and details can be refined with paint, and the engraved lines can be emphasized. We recommend cleaning up the joints and removing the marks left by the sprue gates.
The model is supplied unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
