A plastic kit of the representative Japanese automobile from Nissan's 330 series in 1:24 scale. The set makes it possible to build the top 280E Brougham specification and offers a choice between the sister models Cedric and Gloria. Variants of the grille, the rear-end treatment and alternative wheels are usually included, so the model can be tailored to your own taste.
The Cedric and the Gloria were sister luxury cars from Nissan, differing mainly in details and badges. The 330-series generation from the second half of the 1970s was a roomy four-door hardtop with comfortable equipment and an inline six-cylinder engine. The 280E Brougham version stood at the top of the range and was a symbol of the Japanese conception of luxury and prestige of the day.
We recommend spraying the body with an airbrush over primer; with period paints a smooth gloss surface with a clear coat under the decals will stand out. Chrome trim and window frames come alive with chrome paint or Bare-Metal Foil. The interior is improved by subtle shading and matte washes. Before gluing the wheels on, check how the axles are seated so that the car stands level.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
