The photo-etched detail set for the battleship Dreadnought (1:350, Flyhawk) refines the plastic model of the British First World War battleship. It is not a ship model but additional parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is NOT a ship model but a photo-etched detail set from Flyhawk, meant for the super-detailing of the plastic model of the British battleship Dreadnought of the First World War period in 1:350 scale. It is aimed at experienced modelers.
HMS Dreadnought was a British battleship launched in 1906 which, with its uniform heavy armament and its steam turbines, revolutionized battleship design. A whole generation of so-called dreadnoughts was named after her.
Photo-etched sets of this kind generally replace coarse plastic features with finer metal parts, such as railings, ladders, walkways and parts of the superstructure. The parts are broken out of the fret, bent along the engraved lines and glued with cyanoacrylate glue; a primer for metal is recommended before painting.
This is an additional set, not a complete model. The base ship kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
