A scriber with a tungsten steel tip 1.0 mm wide from the Taiwanese manufacturer Madworks. Tungsten steel holds its edge markedly longer than ordinary steel and cuts the material evenly, so the line is clean and free of burrs. The shank is 3 mm in diameter, so it fits handles and pin vises that take three-millimeter shanks. The 1.0 mm width is among the widest in the range and is intended for the most pronounced grooves and the large scales.
For demanding modelers building subjects in the large scales who need the most pronounced and deepest lines. Tungsten steel ensures a long service life.
The tip is very sharp; work carefully and with light pressure. Keep out of the reach of children.
