Green Stuff World Mud Textures 30 ml

An acrylic texture paste for a faithful imitation of mud and boggy terrain. The thick, gritty compound is applied straight from the pot and once dry it forms a relief muddy surface with a depth that flat paint cannot achieve. It is not a paint or a glue but a texture material for finishing figure bases, dioramas and vignettes. It is thinned and cleaned with water, so it is comfortable to work with and gives off no solvent smell. The consistency can be adjusted with a little water or enriched with sand and pigments, which gives you your own shade and texture of mud.

• Creating boggy terrain on bases and dioramas
• Caking mud onto the undercarriage and wheels of vehicles
• A relief surface that can be tinted and weathered once dry
• Combining it with pigments, sand and static grass for depth
• Transitions between the model and the base of a vignette

Who the paste is for

Suitable for modelers and diorama makers who want to handle muddy effects quickly and convincingly without lengthy mixing of their own blends. It is applied with a brush or a spatula and the drying time depends on the thickness of the layer. Thicker layers dry longer and it is better to build them up gradually in thinner coats, otherwise the surface will crack. Under the applied layer a firm and durable relief is formed.

A water-based material. Clean the tools with water before it dries. Keep out of the reach of children and close the pot well after use.
