0.4 mm needle for airbrushes of the Aventus line (Gaahleri)

A spare needle with a diameter of four tenths of a millimeter for airbrushes of the Aventus line. The needle closes the nozzle and, by being drawn back, controls the amount of paint passing through. The diameter must always match the nozzle fitted.

How to keep the needle in condition

Pull the needle out and push it in only when the tool is clean: drawing it through dried paint is the most common cause of damage to the tip. When cleaning it, wipe it with a soft cloth moistened in cleaner, and never scrape it with a metal tool. Do not put the tool down in such a way that the tip rests against the surface. A bent tip means dripping and asymmetrical spraying, and straightening it with pliers will only damage it further.

• The diameter of the nozzle and of the needle must always match, otherwise the airbrush will not seal
• Install the part on a clean thread and without force, nozzles break off easily
• Before replacing it, take the tool apart and clean it, deposits are the most common cause of trouble
