Zvezda 1:100 Panzer III flamethrower is an injection-molded plastic snap-fit kit of the German flamethrower tank for collectors and for a tabletop game.

This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:100 scale from Zvezda represents the flamethrower version of the Panzer III medium tank (the Flammpanzer III). The model comes from the Art of Tactic game range, has a small number of parts and joins by the snap-fit system, so it can be assembled even without glue.
The Flammpanzer III arose by converting a standard Panzer III, in which the main gun armament was replaced by a flamethrower. Mounting it on a tank chassis gave the weapon greater range and a greater supply of fuel mixture than portable flamethrowers had. The vehicle was intended above all for fighting against fortified positions and infantry in trenches.
Thanks to the low number of parts it is a quick build; the joints can be secured with a drop of cement for plastic. In a small scale a fine airbrush, a dark wash into the detail and a dry brush on the edges and the running gear come into their own. The package does not contain decals.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
