A collector's resin kit of the Soviet FAI light armored car in 1:100 scale. The resin casting is intended for experienced modelers and gives a small, characteristic model of interwar Soviet vehicles for the display case or for a diorama. It is supplied as a set of resin parts.
The FAI was a Soviet light armored car of the 1930s, built on a passenger car chassis. It carried a light machine gun in a rotating turret and served for reconnaissance and liaison. It was deployed in a number of conflicts of the late 1930s and at the start of the Second World War.
Wash the parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up with respiratory protection. Bond the resin with super glue (cyanoacrylate). In the small scale we recommend an airbrush, and you complete the weathering with washes and dust pigments on the running gear and the underside of the hull. The classic choice is the Soviet green shades.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
