The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter, characteristic for its large bubble canopy with an excellent view and the offset air intake under the fuselage. Thanks to its agility, reliability and wide range of armament it is among the most widespread combat aircraft in the world and serves with a number of air forces. Since its introduction it has gone through many upgrades of radar, avionics and armament and still remains the backbone of the fighter fleets of many countries.
The parts are designed to snap together, yet the joints can be secured with a drop of glue for strength. It is a good idea to apply primer before painting; in such a small scale it is enough to spray the camouflage in thin coats and to bring the panel lines out only discreetly, so that the model does not look coarse. Seat the canopy glazing carefully so that it stays clear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. With the snap version glue is not needed; paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
