Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot in 1:144 scale is a snap-fit plastic kit of the Soviet ground-attack aircraft from Zvezda.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from Zvezda captures the Soviet Su-25 ground-attack aircraft in 1:144 scale. It is a snap-fit model: the parts fit together without gluing, so the build is quick and within reach of a less experienced modeler. The small number of parts and the decals included make it a pleasant build for the display cabinet.
The Su-25, given the NATO reporting name Frogfoot and nicknamed Grach by Soviet pilots, is a rugged, heavily armed ground-attack aircraft intended for close support of ground troops. It entered service in the early 1980s and is valued for its armored cockpit and its ability to operate in demanding conditions.
The parts can be joined dry, but for a strong joint we recommend a drop of liquid polystyrene cement. Degrease the surface before painting, spray the large areas with an airbrush and bring out the camouflage scheme with thin transitions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
