Eduard, 3D-printed rudder pedals for the Bf 109 G-5 / G-6 in 1:24 (Airfix) is a cockpit detail accessory for a large kit. It is not an airplane model but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of 3D-printed rudder pedals from Eduard for the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-5 / G-6 in the large 1:24 scale. It is intended for the plastic kit from Airfix. It is neither an airplane model nor a kit: it is a cockpit detail accessory and the model itself has to be bought separately.
The parts are made by direct 3D printing, so they have markedly finer profiles, crisper edges and fine depressions that injection-molded plastic cannot manage. According to the manufacturer the set contains 2 parts, a pair of pedals, and replaces the corresponding plastic parts of the kit. Decals, photo-etched parts and masks are not included. In 1:24 scale the pilot's compartment is exceptionally visible, so detail on the cockpit floor really does pay off.
For modelers building the Bf 109 G-5 or G-6 in 1:24 scale from Airfix who want the cockpit finished to a level that matches the size of the model. Working with small 3D-printed parts calls for care and basic experience of cyanoacrylate glue; otherwise it is a quick and straightforward replacement.
This is a modeling accessory, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
