This is not a model or a finished part but a modeling material: a flat fabric webbing in blue, 3 mm wide. It serves for making realistic safety belts, harnesses and straps for the interiors of models. The width of 3 mm matches 1:24 scale, where it imitates a common racing four to six-point harness. The material is cut to the length needed, bends easily and holds its shape.
The webbing is combined with etched or resin buckles and fittings, which are not included in the package. Thanks to its fabric structure a belt looks natural once glued and shapes over a seat better than stiff plastic or purely etched parts. The color can be fine-tuned with modeling paints, but the material is dyed through.
Cut it with a sharp knife against a mat, and the ends can be sealed with a drop of super glue against fraying. Use super glue for sticking it to the seat and to the buckles. Shape the belt dry first and only then fix it.
