A resin detail set from Airscale with replacement and additional parts for a large-scale model of the German dive bomber Junkers Ju 87 Stuka in 1:24 scale. The set is aimed at the fine details that lift the realism of a finished build. It is not a model of the aircraft but a detail accessory.
The Junkers Ju 87 Stuka was the iconic German dive bomber of the Second World War, famous for its fixed undercarriage with aerodynamic wheel spats and for the siren known as the Jericho Trumpet. It was used from the campaign in Poland through the Battle of Britain to the Eastern Front. Its characteristic details read markedly well in this scale.
Wash the resin parts free of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and sand the areas back with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting; you will bring the small details out with a wash and shading. Fit the parts with a light touch, so that the fine texture is not lost.
This is a detail accessory, not a complete model. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
