An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. It covers the Mitsubishi Lancer GSR Evolution III in a lowered (Low Down) styling with a revised ride height. The package contains plastic parts, decals and assembly instructions; the model is built and painted.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III from the mid-1990s was among the high points of the sporting sedan class, with a turbocharged four-cylinder and all-wheel drive. The Evo was made famous by its successes in the world rally championship and became a cult car of the Japanese performance and tuning scene.
Glue the plastic parts with liquid cement for plastic, treat the body with primer and apply the paint with an airbrush with a final clear varnish. On the lowered version the changes to the ride height and the wheels come out well – take care to assemble the running gear cleanly. Settle the decals over a gloss surface with a decal softener.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
