An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese maker Aoshima, from its The Model Car line. It captures the Nissan Terrano off-road vehicle (type D21) in the V6-3000 R3M trim of 1991. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted and offers a generous complement of parts.
The first-generation Nissan Terrano (the Pathfinder in some markets) was derived from the D21 pickup and was a rugged recreational off-road vehicle with a strikingly square-sided body. The R3M version carried the six-cylinder VG30E engine of three liters and was one of the better equipped trims, with four-wheel drive.
The set contains rubber tires, clear parts for the windows and lights, chrome-plated items and decals for the interior and the details; optionally it offers both left-hand and right-hand drive, a choice of wheels and a masking sticker for the window frames. Spray the body with an airbrush over a primer, and fit the chrome and the glazing only after painting. Finish the chassis and the interior before closing the body.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
