Nissan Laurel HT 2000SGX (KHC130) Late Version 1973, 1:24 is a plastic kit of a classic Japanese luxury coupe from Hasegawa.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese maker Hasegawa. It captures the late form of the top two-door hardtop Nissan Laurel 2000SGX (type KHC130) of 1973. The body comes from new molds, and the chrome parts, including the bumpers, the grille and the light surrounds, are plated. The model is built and painted.
The second-generation Nissan Laurel (the C130 series) was an elegant luxury car of the early 1970s, sharing its engineering basis with the Skyline of the day. The top sporting 2000SGX hardtop is famous for the rear end nicknamed Buta-ketsu and for its carefully worked interior. The car is a favorite icon of the Japanese Showa automotive era.
Treat the body with primer and paint it with an airbrush in thin coats; a final clear coat and polishing will support the gloss. Glue the plated parts with a glue that leaves no fogging. It is worth working up the interior and the chrome trim carefully, because in this scale they do a great deal to shape the character of the car.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
