A resin set from Mf zone in 1:24 scale which combines OZ Racing racing wheels and Michelin tarmac tires in a size of 18 inches. The set is prepared for building a model of the Ford Focus RS WRC from the 1999 to 2003 period. It is a detailed accessory, not a kit of the car. The set is designed for the Hasegawa kit.
Complete wheels (a wheel plus a tire) replace the factory parts and faithfully imitate the tarmac specification of the Ford Focus RS WRC in that era. The resin rendition offers crisper detail than the plastic parts from the box.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Spray the wheels with a suitable paint over a primer and leave the tires in matte black.
The accessory comes unpainted, as a resin set. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
