A resin set of wheels with a diameter of 18 inches with Michelin tarmac tires in 1:24 scale from the Czech maker Mf zone. It is intended for finishing a model of the Toyota Corolla WRC from the Hasegawa kit and replaces the basic wheels with a more faithful version with Speedline wheels.
The Toyota Corolla WRC started in the World Rally Championship in the late 1990s and ran on Speedline wheels with tires from the leading suppliers. This set combines Speedline wheels with Michelin tarmac casings for the tarmac specification of the car.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting gates off and test-fit the wheels with the tires. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways while sanding. The detail of the spokes and of the tread stands out once sprayed and lightly brought out.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It comes as an unassembled and unpainted resin set; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
