A 3D-printed resin set of exhaust stacks for Trumpeter kits of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E fighter in 1:32 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory that replaces the exhausts from the Trumpeter kit with more faithful parts with fine relief and hollow outlets.
The Bf 109E was among the key fighters of the early Second World War. The early E1, E3, E4 and E7 versions differed in armament and in detail, but the exhaust stacks remain a prominent feature of the fuselage that draws the eye as soon as the model is painted.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, clean them up and fit them where the original exhausts went. Bond them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and sand with respiratory protection. Paint the exhausts in shades of burnt metal and rust; a dark wash and dry pigments will strengthen the effect.
The set contains the exhaust parts only; paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
