The real subject

The BLU-27 is an American incendiary (napalm) bomb shaped like a long cylindrical tank, used widely during the war in Vietnam. It was carried by many combat aircraft of that era and was dropped from low altitude against ground targets. The MXU-469/B tail kit stabilized the bomb in flight.
