The Reskit 1:32 Hawker Tempest/Typhoon wheels, type 2, weighted is a resin set of landing gear wheels to replace the kit parts on models of the Tempest and the Typhoon in 1:32 scale.

This is not an aircraft kit but a resin detail set from Reskit. It contains cast landing gear wheels in the type 2 tread version with a realistic flattening of the contact patch (the weighted version), made for models of the British Hawker Tempest and Hawker Typhoon fighters in 1:32 scale.
The cast wheels have a faithful tire tread, fine hub detail and a suggested sag under the weight of the aircraft. The sturdy landing gear of the Tempest and the Typhoon shows clearly on a model, so good wheels markedly lift the overall impression.
Wash the parts free of release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. For painting, mask the hub, or spray the hub and the tire separately and glue them together at the end. Bond with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Orient the flattened face square to the ground.
This is an accessory, supplied as resin parts, unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
