Kh-29T (AS-14B Kedge) missiles with the AKU-58 launcher in 1:32 scale from Reskit – a pair of 3D printed resin air-to-ground guided missiles as an accessory for a plastic kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is NOT an airplane model but a detail accessory. It contains two 3D printed resin Kh-29T air-to-ground guided missiles with the AKU-58 ejector launcher in 1:32 scale. The parts are meant to be hung under the wing or the fuselage of a suitable plastic kit of a combat aircraft and replace or supplement the original armament.
The Kh-29 (AS-14 Kedge in the NATO code) is a Soviet, now Russian, heavy short-range air-to-ground guided missile with a massive warhead, intended to destroy fortified targets, bridges, shelters and ships. The Kh-29T version uses a television guidance head. The missiles were hung on the AKU-58 ejector launcher and were carried by a number of combat aircraft of the Su and MiG families.
First wash the uncured print resin residue off the resin and 3D printed parts, carefully cut away the print supports and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Lay a primer under the paint, ideally with an airbrush; finish the guidance head and the markings from period photographs of the real subject.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
