This is a fine 3D printed resin part representing the German Revi 12 reflector gunsight in 1:32 scale. The accessory markedly raises the fidelity of the cockpit of Messerschmitt Bf 109E models and replaces the simplified part from the box. The part is prepared for the Bf 109E kit from Trumpeter.
Gunsights of the Revi series were standard equipment of German fighters. The Revi 12 type appeared on machines of the start of the Second World War. A reflector gunsight projected a ring of light onto a glass plate, so the pilot aimed without having to follow mechanical sights.
For advanced modelers who want to fit out the cockpit of an early Bf 109E faithfully and are not satisfied with the simplified part from the box. It is not a stand-alone model but a small detail accessory.
