Pre-cut self-adhesive Eduard masks for covering the canopy glazing and usually the wheel hubs of a model of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb fighter. The masks are die-cut to the shape of the frames, so laborious cutting of adhesive tape is not needed. The set is intended for the Kotare kit.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb was one of the most widespread British fighters of the Second World War. It was powered by the Rolls-Royce Merlin 45 engine and in the B wing form it carried a pair of 20 mm Hispano cannon and four .303 caliber machine guns. The small hinged canopy has prominent frames.
For anyone who wants crisp frames on the glazing of a large model without slow masking by hand.
The masks are an accessory; the model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
