The set holds two resin 3D printed underwing fuel tanks of 1500 liters in the rendering with a riveted surface, typical of the machines of the RAF and the RSAF. This is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory for models of the Panavia Tornado (the F3, GR1 and GR4 versions) in 1:32 scale.
The Panavia Tornado was a European multi-role combat aircraft with a variable-geometry wing. The 1500-liter underwing tanks were carried under the wings to extend the range; their rendering differed between individual users, as the RAF and the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) used tanks with a riveted skin.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue, separate them from the supports and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand sharp transitions and joints gently with respiratory protection and apply a primer before painting.
This is a standalone accessory. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
