The set holds two resin 3D printed underwing fuel tanks of 1500 liters in the rendering with a smooth welded skin, typical of the machines of the Luftwaffe and the Italian Air Force. This is a detail accessory (not an aircraft kit) for models of the Panavia Tornado IDS and ECR in 1:32 scale.
The Tornado IDS was the strike variant and the Tornado ECR a specialized machine for suppressing hostile air defenses. The 1500-liter underwing tanks extended the range; the continental users (Germany, Italy) used tanks with a welded, smooth surface which differs clearly from the riveted British tanks.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue, separate them from the supports and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand the joints gently with respiratory protection and apply a primer before painting.
This is a standalone accessory. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
